Okay okay it‘s mostly common ravens, but nevermind. Dammit, I love ravens.

1/2 scenic illustration for my forever-in-progress-story and 1/2 "I feel like painting Ludd with some ravens… oh and you can never paint too many cloudscapes, right?" Right.

I used some references for his hands, for the birdies, and for the clouds (very lose ones, especially in case of the clouds). I‘m wondering when I‘ll finally learn how to draw and paint these things. And TheAntimonyElement‘s birdwing tutorial ([link]) helped a lot.

I also listened to some Two Steps From Hell and the Assassin‘s Creed III OST, among other things, because that‘s always a good idea, but… yeah. Long iTunes playlist is long.

Und dabei hab' ich bei dem Muster natürlich total rumgeschludert :D. Ich weiß auch nicht was ich mir dabei gedacht hab', als ich bei allen Elfen irgendwo Karomuster in die Designs gematscht hab °_°. Ok ich weiß es schon, aber das ist echt anstrengend zu malen…

Das Lied ist eindeutig eines der besten auf dem Album. Zusammen mit Étáin. Irgendwie hat man aber auch nie genug Geld für alle guten CDs auf dieser Welt. Mein EMP-Wunschzettel ist fast so lang wie der für Amazon…
