The Silmarils Lineart

Roughly a redo of an older piece I suppose. Feanor plus his Silmarils and what becomes of them. That never gets old. Will eventually be painted.

As you can see, I‘m struggling with my Silmaril designs. I always imagined them as cut, roughly cylindric crystals, but apparently Tolkien had round ones in mind? Any thoughts? I know I can count on you guys.

Lots of lose references used, as usual. Why do I even keep mentioning that?

EDIT: Guess what, the Silmarilli are cut now and I made them… uhm droplets? I don't even know.
