Painting commission for Isabella over at Patreon! (she asks for the best commissions ever!)
This one gave me a really hard time. In short, I traced the lines from the sketch three times. On the same sheet of paper. Don’t ask. I’m fairly pleased with the outcome, though!
The verses are from Poe’s “The Raven” of course. That was Isabella’s idea as well.
Drawing ink on Canson hot pressed satinated paper (and ballpoint pen. Spot it). Lo and behold, I also used masking fluid!
